The Walking School Bus is back-to-school! We’re hosting this walk to school day as part of Hudson Valley Climate Solutions Week.
This is a fun way for our community to support families walking to school. Parents and their students can meet up on a “stop” on the walking school bus route and head to the Lions Mini Park en masse. Bring your own breakfast for a hang at the park. Trustee Ric Lewit will be on hand to give a quick update about the $2mm Safe Routes to School project to install sidewalks and crosswalks. And then we’ll all head off together to Chancellor Livingston School.
