On the evening of Thursday September 22, Upstate Films, in partnership with Climate Smart Rhinebeck, will be screening YOUTH v GOV. The screening is free to students.

YOUTH v GOV. follows 21 young people suing the federal government over the right to a safe climate in Juliana v. United States. We are excited to inspire our RCSD middle and high school students “to learn what fuels these brave young people, what’s at stake in the case, how the federal government played an active role in creating the climate crisis, and how this all ties into our constitutional rights.” This documentary is rated Y14.
